Refund Policy
1. New-In-Box (NIB) Factory Knives
When you purchase a brand-new, factory-sealed knife from our exchange, you are receiving a tool straight from the manufacturer.

The Protocol: All warranties, defects, or performance issues regarding new-in-box knives are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Action Required: If your new blade requires service or replacement, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to utilize their factory warranty services. We do not accept returns on new, factory-sealed knives once they have shipped.
2. Restored & Vintage Knives (The Doctor's Guarantee)
For vintage and restored blades that have personally been on the operating table and vetted for duty, we stand behind the work.

The Protocol: Any restored knife purchased directly from us can be returned within 10 business days of receipt for a full refund.

Action Required: The knife must be returned in the exact condition it was received, with no alterations, sharpening, or hard use. Once the item is received and inspected back at HQ, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return a restored knife within your 10-day operational window, please contact us at knifedr@dailybladerecon with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and the proper shipping coordinates.
